1. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

1.1 This online contract has as its object the sale by the company MOFRA SHOES S.R.L.. MOFRA SHOES S.R.L., with registered office in Barletta (BT), Via Callano, 96/98 (ZIP code 76121), VAT number 04262310727 (hereinafter the Supplier), of the following products: Shoes and various accessories (hereinafter "the Products"), purchased by the customer natural person (hereinafter "the Customer"), for purposes not related to his professional activity, among those offered on the website www.2star.it (hereinafter the Site). For purchases by companies with a VAT number, please contact the Supplier.
1.2 The Customer acknowledges that in order to purchase the Products sold on the Supplier's Site, it is necessary to accept these contractual regulations in advance.

1. IDENTIFICATION DATA OF THE SUPPLIER

2.1 The Supplier has its registered office in Barletta (BT), Via Callano, 96/98 (CAP 76121)
2.2 The Supplier is the owner of the website www.2star.it through which it carries out, among other things, e-commerce activities.
2.3 The Customer's complaints may be sent to the operational headquarters referred to in paragraph 2.1, or to the e-mail address of the supplier online@2star.it.

1. PURCHASE PROCEDURE.

After choosing what you are interested in, click on the buy button and follow the instructions. You will have to insert your data, which we will use only to fill in the invoices and to be able to send you the articles. We will not send you advertising, neither telematic nor paper. The data you provide will be used only for the sale of what you have purchased. All our products will be delivered directly to your home in 5 working days.

1. METHODS OF PAYMENT.

The seller puts at your disposal various payment methods, to give you the possibility to choose according to your needs and possibilities. The choice of your preferred method of payment will be offered to you once you have started the purchase process by clicking on the "add to cart" button, as well as all the data needed to complete the order and its payment.

PAYPAL: payment by PayPal must be made by proceeding with the payment using the button immediately below in favor of our paypal account online@2star.it.

You can also pay with your credit card (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Aura, Discover, PostePay) without necessarily having a Paypal account, by clicking on "Pay with a card".

The reason for payment must indicate the order number communicated to the Customer with the email.
The goods will be shipped only when the amount is credited.

CASH ON DELIVERY: Valid only for shipments within ITALY. You can pay upon receipt of the goods directly to the courier at cash. This service does not involve any additional cost. We reserve the right to revoke the right to pay by COD to all customers with whom a dispute has previously occurred regarding payment.

1. COUPONS, PROMOTIONS, GIFTS

MOFRA SHOES S.R.L. will be able to insert inside of the packages, or to send to email, of the vouchers discount that will be able to be used within the date indicated on the same voucher. The voucher must be inserted in the summary page of the order and activated through the appropriate command. The system will update the total amount of the order net of the value of the voucher.
The voucher can be combined with other commercial initiatives only in cases where it will be expressly indicated, otherwise it will not be possible to combine the voucher with other commercial initiatives. The promotions on the site will take effect from the publication on the home page of www.2star.it notice of the promotion itself.
The system will automatically include the promotion in the shopping cart and, therefore, no exception can be requested to the customer support staff.

MOFRA SHOES S.R.L.. Mofra Shoes S.r.l. may send free Products to Customers. No replacement for returns will be possible in relation to products received free of charge by the customer.

The shipment of everything on sale is at your expense, through our carrier whose cost - for Italy - is € 7,00;

If you buy products up to € 75,00 in Italy, the seller will reward your trust by giving you free shipping. For any other question please contact us or write us an email. For other countries, at the moment there is no free shipping with a minimum order.

Delivery times are approximately calculated within 5 working days from the order request.

1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Not all the Products present on the Site are fully available to the Supplier. Products that are not available cannot be purchased. In any case, if for any reason the Supplier cannot fulfil the order due to the unavailability, even temporary, of the product in stock or for any other reason, paragraph 2 of art. 6, Legislative Decree 185/1999 will apply.

1. CONDITIONS OF RETURN AND REFUNDS

The costs of returning the product are charged to the customer. For Italy the figure is € 10,00.

The costs of returning the product for goods exchange are charged to the customer. For Italy the figure is € 10.00.

The right of withdrawal lapses:
- Lack of the essential integrity of the property (package and / or its contents);
- Even partial use of the property and any supplies;
- The lack of the outer packaging and / or the original inner packaging;
- The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts ...);
- Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport;
In the cases mentioned above, the seller will return to sender the property purchased. Those who purchase customized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, within a period of 14 working days from receipt of the ordered products, the customer will send by courier the ordered item to our address.
There is the possibility of using our courier at your address for the withdrawal and / or redelivery, with a charge to be paid in advance by bank transfer, the cost of shipping already incurred during the purchase.
Method of refund of amount paid: online@2star.it refund the amount paid by bank transfer or Paypal in the least possible amount of time and in any case within 15 days from receipt of the written Communication. The refund refers to the price of the product/s returned. It is expressly understood that the cost of shipping and returning the product will be charged to the customer.

1. ASSISTANCE AND GUARANTEES. LIMITATION OF SUPPLIER'S LIABILITY

The technical characteristics of the Products are reported in the sheets. The Products sold by the Supplier are subject to the discipline of D. Lgs. 24/2002 on the sale and warranty of consumer goods and, for what is not expressly provided for therein, to the rules of the Civil Code and other applicable national rules. The Customer is entitled to the rights provided for by art. 1519 bis and following of the Italian Civil Code.
The warranty applies to Products presenting conformity defects and/or malfunctions not detectable at the time of purchase, provided that the Products are used correctly and with due diligence, with observance of the various operating rules indicated therein.
The warranty does not apply in case of negligence, carelessness by the Customer in the use of the Products. The malfunctioning of the Products must be reported in writing by registered letter or email by the Customer within the legal deadline with a brief description of the defect found in the Products, indicating the brand and model of the same. The Customer undertakes to verify the correct functioning of the Products.
The Supplier is not responsible for any inefficiency due to force majeure and / or unforeseeable circumstances such as fires, explosions, strikes and / or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, to implement the time and manner agreed with this contract.
Therefore, compensation for any damages, losses and costs, of any kind, that may arise to the customer or its assignees in dependence of the causes mentioned above can not under any circumstances be required of the Supplier. In such cases, the customer will only be entitled to a refund of the price paid.
In addition, the Supplier is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by the Customer or third parties of credit cards upon payment of the products purchased.

1. EXPRESS TERMINATION CLAUSE

If the Customer is in default with respect to the obligations referred to in Article. 10 of this contract or the obligation to pay the price, this contract will be terminated by law, pursuant to art. 1456 cc, from the date of sending the fax message or e-mail communication through which the Supplier declares his intention to avail himself of this termination clause.

1. JURISDICTION AND COMPETENT COURT

Any dispute arising from contracts for the purchase of goods and services through the site www.2star.it is subject to Italian jurisdiction. For any dispute relating to this contract, the place of jurisdiction shall be Trani.
