WHAT IS THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal may be exercised, without penalty, within 14 days of receipt of the goods and is exercised by sending a letter by registered mail AR, or by email to online@2star.it, to the headquarters of the seller or MOFRA SHOES S.R.L. Barletta (BT), Via Callano, 96/98 (CAP 76121) - Italy.
Within the same period or at the same time, the goods must be returned.
To exercise the withdrawal is essential that the goods are intact and that the object has the original packaging, with all the tags.
The only cost of returning the goods are borne by the consumer.
The price paid will be refunded within 30 days after the return of the goods. (The right of withdrawal is excluded for any customized products or already replaced).
RETURN FOR CHANGE OF GOODS and/or REFUND
If you want to return / exchange a product, you will need to specify the reasons. The cost varies according to the shipping rates of the country and the courier chosen.
(in case of return the amount refunded will not include the initial shipping costs)
In case of exercise of the right of return/exchange, the procedure to follow is:
- Write an email to online@2star.it or send a registered letter to MOFRA SHOES S.R.L. Barletta (BT), Via Callano, 96/98 (CAP 76121) - Italy within 1/2 days of receipt of the product describing the reasons that led to the opening of the return procedure.
- Follow the return procedure as per the communication received from our customer service.
- Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all the tags attached.
Remember that you can only send your return from the country where you placed the order. We will only replace or refund items returned according to the instructions. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you.
The return of the product must be made within 48 hours after receiving the email from our customer service (the date indicated on the postmark or transport document of the courier will be considered as proof).
The return will be handled within 3-4 working days from the date of receipt of the goods returned to our warehouse. Within the same period will be communicated the outcome of the same (acceptance with replacement of the product or refund if replacement is not possible). Refunds are made by bank transfer or Paypal refund.
(N.b: if you have taken advantage of any discounts at the time of purchase, the free shipping costs of the new replacement product is no longer available. In this case you will be required to pay a contribution equal to the standard rates applied when ordering).
